How to make Satay Padang

SATAY PADANG

Basic Information :
- Culinary food from Padang, West Sumatra

Ingredients :

- ½ kg Beef.
- 1 Beef Tongue
- ½ kg Beef Innards
- 2 cm crushed Ginger
- 1 crushed Lemongrass Stick
- 1 sheet Saffron Leaf
- 2 cm crushed Galangal
- 500 ml Mineral Water
- 4 Orange Leafs.
- 50 grams Rice Flour


How to Cook Satay Padang Seasoning :

1.      Puree the spices by pounded it until the spices were actually soft.
2.      Mix the spices that already soften into the beef tongue and innards until prevalent
3.      Before the satay get cook and grill, just let it sink in until the spices are really mixed
4.      Then, cook the beef with the ginger, galangal and saffron leaf until it smells good and the beef will be more ripe
5.      Until the beef well done, raise it and mix with rice flour until become soften.
6.      Prepare the satay pricks and pin up the beef that already sliced amongs beef, innards and beef tongue.

7.      At last, grilled satay above in the embers for awhile until it smells tasty
